Return/Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund any item(s) within 14 days of delivery date.
To Return/Refund an Item:
Send an email to sales@vonjaco.com to notify us that you will be returning and requesting a refund for your merchandise. You must use the word “Refund” in the subject line, along with your name, order number, reason for return request and copy of purchase order in the email. Once your request is received, you will receive a response email stating that your request was received and that a non-refundable restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be required. We will not start the return/refund process until the restocking fee is paid.
1. Place a copy of your invoice in along with the item(s) you are returning.
2. Keep in mind that the shipping cost for returning any item(s) is the responsibility of the buyer.
3. For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. Vonjaco is not responsible for items lost or damaged while en route back to us. We also suggest that you use a carrier that can provide a tracking number to ensure that your merchandise has made it to its destination.
If the price of the item you are returning is listed as:
Less than $500:
You can use any carrier to ship your return package.
More than $500:
Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500).
Make sure to keep your return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination once received. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.

Additional Return/Refund Information:
•Loose diamonds carry a 3 day return policy from the delivery date.
•All returned items must be unworn and undamaged in the original boxes along with the original certificates where applicable. There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable and will be sent back to the buyer at the buyers expense.
•A non-refundable restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be required prior to processing any returned items.
•All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
•All ORIGINAL diamond certificates (where applicable) must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing the original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $250.00, by the same method used for the initial product purchase payment, per original certificate with no exceptions.
•Vonjaco Jewelry Llc is not responsible for any packages it does not receive, or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.

•You will be refunded by the same method used for initial purchase payment. Please allow 6-10 business days for processing after a return is received.

*If you would like to cancel your order prior to actually receiving it, please allow 3 - 5 business days to process the cancellation request to receive a full refund.

International Returns
​
Vonjaco Jewelry Llc extends the same return policy of 30 days on all orders shipped outside of the USA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, VAT and taxes that may be incurred in returning the item(s) back to Vonjaco Jewelry Llc. We do not accept C.O.D returns.

If any duties, VAT or taxes were paid to the shipping carrier on receipt of the order, it is the customer's responsibility to contact them to request any refunds.

In the event a package is refused at customs by the customer, or if a customer is unavailable to accept the package from the shipping carrier and Vonjaco Jewelry Llc is charged any return shipping charges, duties, VAT or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the outbound shipment and return of the package. This amount will be deducted from the original sales amount when the refund is applied.

We recommend using UPS or Federal Express to ship the item(s) back to us, however the return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer.
