Is this jewelry real?
Yes.
Our gold jewelry comes stamped to indicate its gold purity and it's never plated, bonded or filled and our silver jewelry is of high quality to last.
What are the payment options?
Currently we securely accept all card payments via PayPal and through our website host, but we are working on extending to additional payment options to enhance the experience.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes what you ordered may not be exactly what you wanted, so all orders may be returned within 14 days according to our return policy. See Return/Refund
How long does shipping take?
Once an item is shipped, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
Is shipping gold secure?
Yes.
All of our products ship insured therefore providing protection for both the customer and us.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day after your order has been placed. If you would prefer to exchange the item for another or prefer a refund, just let us know. Otherwise we will continue with your order minus the item that is out of stock.
